I think you’re maybe staring at and getting hung up on the wrong thing here.
Book has 1 African-American, 1 African from a fictional Utopia, 1 black woman, 1 Puerto Rican from another dimension, a Canadian, and the WASPest woman in comics who isn’t actually The Wasp. Oh, and apparently Puck from Alpha Flight, who resists classification. It’s the “Black Book”.
I think you might find that all the other books are “The White Books”
